- 2 cups dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp whole szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tsp salt
2 tbspbutter in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Alternatively, gently heat the butter in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until melted.
2 tbsphoney, 2 cupspeanuts, 4 tspszechuan peppercorns, and 1 tspsalt to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
- Air Fry peanuts at 385°F for 5-7 minutes, or until golden. Spread on parchment paper. Serve when cooled.
