Ingredients
- 1 – 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- ½ tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper

- In a bowl mix the garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme,
1 tsp salt, and pepper. Set aside. - In a separate bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Brush the mustard over the pork, coating all sides.
- Sprinkle the garlic and herb mixture over the pork, pressing gently to coat all sides.
- Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature to 375°F. Press Time and set for 25 Minutes . Press Start.
- Make sure the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Cook longer if needed.
- Once preheated and displays Add Food, place the pork tenderloin into the tray and close the lid. Do not turn the pork tenderloin during cooking.
- Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 10 Minutes before slicing.
