Very easy and Absolutely delicious.
Very good! I just made it. So simple and worth to taste it…
I doubled the recipe in my 8qt… probably not the best idea because it took forever to come to pressure which made the pasta mushy. Next time I wont double.
Hi Mommamcardle,
Majority of our recipes are for the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker 6 Quart. If you are cooking in the with the 8 Quart, you can increase the recipe by 1/2. In regards to the noodles being mushy, you could always reduce the cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
I used less water and it made a nice bowl dinner.
Used penne and chorizo as substitutions and added 1/4 head of broccolli
A really simple and healthy dinner
I have lasagna soup I make in the crockpot. I didn’t know how to convert it to IP. This one is very close to it and was so easy to make. It was delicious, and the whole family LOVED it!! Major hit that’s going onto our favorites list!!!
I subbed out ricotta with firm tofu and beef with veggie crumbles (boca). Turned out fantastic both times i did it.
Made this last night and was easy and everyone loved it. I used broken up lasagna noodles. Will be making this again for sure!
What kind of broth do you use?
Delicious. Will definately make again.
I comped by using ground turkey and still delicious!
This recipe is amazing! I had 2 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth which equated to 3.5 cups, and i used Casarecce pasta. Other then that, i followed the recipe exactly. My 7 y/o and 11 y/o boys loved it too! I will be making this again.
