Ingredients
For the cake:
- 5 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder or baking soda
- 3 tbsp Sweetener of choice (monk fruit, coconut sugar, panela, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp liquid coffee
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the cream:
- 8 tbsp greek yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp Sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- Additional ingredient: 5-6 tbsp liquid coffee

Instructions
- In an ovenproof cup or bake pan, mix all the ingredients for the cake until you get a thick batter. If it is too runny, add more oat flour. If it is too thick, add water or liquid coffee.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set temperature to 330°F (165ºC) and time to 8 Minutes.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, add the cake.
- Unmold the cake, turn it over and put it in for another 5 minutes.
- Once the cake is ready, cut it into small pieces and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cream and set aside.
- In a glass or cup, put in a layer of the crushed cake or cake chunks,
1 tbsp liquid coffee and a layer of the cream. Repeat this step until the glass or cup is full.
