Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 3 tbsp panela
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup (80 ml) milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the filling:
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp panela
- ½ tbsp cinnamon powder
For the icing:
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or stevia

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl.
- Place on a surface and roll with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
- Brush the coconut oil on top and then add the panela and cinnamon mixture.
- Roll up. If necessary, cut in half and put in a pan.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the pan inside. Close.
- Once the time is up, remove and add the frosting on top.
