  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp panela
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup (80 ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Filling:
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp panela
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon powder
For the Icing:
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl.
  2. Place on a surface and roll with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
  3. Brush the coconut oil on top and then add the panela and cinnamon mixture.
  4. Roll up. If necessary, cut in half and put in a pan.
  5. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  6. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the pan inside. Close.
  7. Once the time is up, remove and add the frosting on top.
