Instructions
  1. In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder.
  2. In the Instant Pot® inner pot, water, sweetener, salt, and olive oil and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiled, mix in the dry ingredients to form a homogeneous and sticky dough.
  4. Place the dough in a pastry bag. Form the churros and place on a tray and freeze for 1 hour before cooking.
  5. Line Instant Vortex tray with parchment paper and set frozen churros on it.
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Press Start.
  7. Remove the churros; drizzle your favorite sauce on them, and enjoy!
