Grilled Pound Cake with Berries

Ingredients
  • 1pound cake
  • 1cup blueberries
  • 1cup strawberrieshalved
  • 1cup blackberries
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • fresh mint leavesthinly sliced
  • 3tbsp unsalted buttersoftened
Garnish:
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • fresh mint leavesthinly sliced
  • honey
Instructions
  1. Add in a bowl, the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, honey, mint, and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Using a serrated knife, cut the pound cake into 6 slices, and spread the softened butter over both sides of the cake slices.
  3. Open the lid of the Air Grill and place inside of the basket the Grill plate.
  4. Select the Grill function, press Temp and select L5, press Time and set the time to 3 Minutes. Press Start.
  5. Once the grill finishes preheating and displays Add Food, place the cake slices inside of the basket, and press down on the slices. Close the lid.
  6. When the unit displays Turn Food open the lid and flip the cake slices, press down again, close the lid.
  7. Once the cooking time has finished transfer them to a serving plate, top with the berry’s mixture and whipped cream.
  8. Enjoy warm.
