Grill Chicken and Bacon Caesar Salad

  • 2 chicken breastboneless, skinless about (150 to 200 gr each)
  • ½tsp garlic powder
  • ½tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4slices smoked bacon
  • 4cups Romain lettucewashed and chopped
  • 1cup cherry tomatoeshalved
  • ½cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggshard boiled, sliced
  • Caesar DressingOptional
  • To taste salt
  • To taste ground black pepper
  1. Place the chicken breast on top of a clean cutting board and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Open the lid of the Air Grill and place inside of the basket the Grill plate.
  3. Select the Grill function, press Temp and select L4, press Time and set the time to 15 Minutes. Press Start.
  4. Once the grill finishes preheating and displays Add Food, place inside of the basket the chicken breast pressing the meat down and the bacon slices.
  5. When the unit displays Turn Food open the lid, flip the chicken breast, press down the meat again and transfer the bacon slices to a plate top with paper towel to drain the excess oil, close the lid.
  6. Let the bacon rest for a couple of minutes and roughly chop it.
  7. Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the chicken breast to a clean cutting board let it rest 5 Minutes, and then slice it.
  8. Divide the lettuce into two large serving plates. Top each plate with the chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced hard-boiled egg, parmesan cheese and sliced chicken breast, drizzle with Caesar dressing if desired.
