Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast boneless, skinless about (150 to 200 gr each)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 slices smoked bacon
- 4 cups Romain lettuce washed and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs hard boiled, sliced
- Caesar Dressing Optional
- To taste salt
- To taste ground black pepper

Instructions
- Place the chicken breast on top of a clean cutting board and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Open the lid of the Air Grill and place inside of the basket the Grill plate.
- Select the Grill function, press Temp and select L4, press Time and set the time to 15 Minutes. Press Start.
- Once the grill finishes preheating and displays Add Food, place inside of the basket the chicken breast pressing the meat down and the bacon slices.
- When the unit displays Turn Food open the lid, flip the chicken breast, press down the meat again and transfer the bacon slices to a plate top with paper towel to drain the excess oil, close the lid.
- Let the bacon rest for a couple of minutes and roughly chop it.
- Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the chicken breast to a clean cutting board let it rest 5 Minutes, and then slice it.
- Divide the lettuce into two large serving plates. Top each plate with the chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced hard-boiled egg, parmesan cheese and sliced chicken breast, drizzle with Caesar dressing if desired.
