Instructions
- Heat the tortillas on a griddle (enough so that they can be folded without breaking).
- Make the paste by combining the water with the flour. This will make the rolled tortillas stick together so that they do not open while baking.
- Place the chicken on one end of the tortilla and roll up in the shape of a flute, reaching the end. Spread a little paste on the tortilla and finish rolling the remaining piece. Press for a few seconds until the paste sticks very well to the rolled tortilla.
- Do the same with the rest of the chicken and tortillas.
- When finished, brush or spray the rolled tacos with avocado oil.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 15 Minutes and the temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the tacos in without overlapping. Close (you will have to do 2-3 batches).
- When cooking is halfway done, turn the tacos over.
- Once the time is up, open the Instant Vortex basket and check the tacos. If they still need a little more time, close and add 3 Minutes more.
- Remove and serve when crisp and golden brown.
- Finally garnish/serve with salsa, sour cream, chopped lettuce, and a little cheese.
