Ingredients
- 2 cups rice preferably cold and from the day before
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp seed mix (can be chia sesame, or herb seeds of your choice)
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and pour into a Pyrex dish.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400ºF (205ºC). Press Start.
- It’s delicious and you can serve it with anything.
