Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, toss julienned peppers and sliced onions with olive oil and salt.
  2. Evenly distribute pepper and onion mixture in the air fryer basket. Top with bratwurst sausages.
  3. Air Fry bratwursts, peppers, and onions at 385°F / 196°C for 12-14 Minutes, or until sausages are cooked through.
  4. After 12-14 Minutes, increase the temperature to 400°F / 205°C and Air Fry for an additional 2-4 Minutes, or until golden.
  5. To assemble: spread mustard on warmed hot dog buns. Top with a bratwurst, peppers and onions, and sauerkrat. Enjoy!
