Instructions
  1. Cut the potatoes in half, then each half into 4 wedges. You will have a total of 16 potato wedges. Rinse the potatoes slices with cold water and dry them well with paper towel. Place them into a large bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil and toss the potatoes to coat evenly.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Roast and set the temperature to 400°F . Press Time and set for 28 Minutes. Press Start.
  5. Once the grill has finished preheating and displays Add Food, add the potato wedges in a single layer.
  6. Halfway through cooking use kitchen tongs, and carefully turn the potatoes over. Close the lid.
  7. Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the crispy potato wedges to a serving platter and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese and chives.
