Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, toss plantain wedges with oil. Make sure to source plantains with black peels. Unripe plantains will not be sweet and are significantly starchier.
  2. Air Fry plantains in a single later at 385°F for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even cooking. Remove plantains when dark and golden.
  3. Serve warm as a side or as a dessert.
