- In a medium mixing bowl, toss plantain wedges with oil. Make sure to source plantains with black peels. Unripe plantains will not be sweet and are significantly starchier.
- Air Fry plantains in a single later at 385°F for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even cooking. Remove plantains when dark and golden.
- Serve warm as a side or as a dessert.
