Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) squid
- 1 lb (500 g) of uncooked prawns
- 1 lb (500 g) white fish strips
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup red onion cut into strips
- ⅓ cup red bell pepper diced
- ½ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro chopped to taste

Instructions
- Season fish and shellfish with the ingredients described and stir well.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (180°C). Press Start.
- Add the batter and close the basket.
- While frying, mix the onion, red pepper, sweet corn, lemon juice, salt and chopped cilantro to make creole sauce.
- Serve the fried seafood with the creole sauce and more chopped coriander.
