Ingredients
- 3 cups stale bread hand-chopped (delicious with a bagel or brioche)
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 heaped tsp powdered sugar or the equivalent in the granulated sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- maple syrup or palm honey to serve

Instructions
- Put the bread in a container suitable for the Instant Vortex. Reserve.
- In a bowl or deep plate, beat the eggs, milk, icing sugar and vanilla essence.
- Pour the mixture over the bread and ensure that the bread is completely wet with the preparation. Cover with aluminum foil and reserve.
- Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set the time to 15 Minutes and the temperature to 180°C . Press Start.
- When the message Add Food appears , insert the container with the preparation into the basket of the Instant Vortex.
- When the Turn Food message appears , remove the basket from the Instant Vortex and carefully remove the aluminum foil from the bowl. Reinsert the Instant Vortex basket.
- When the end of cooking alarm sounds, open the compartment and remove the French toast.
- Serve immediately, optionally with maple syrup or palm honey.
