Ingredients
For the French Fry nests:
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
For spinach filling:
- 1 onion cut into strips
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup chicken pieces
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- ½ red bell pepper diced
- 2 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and grate them. Season grated potatoes with salt and olive oil. Stir well.
- Use mini silicone muffin molds to fill with a large tbsp grated potatoes. Distribute well in the mold.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket to put in the silicone molds with the potato nests. Close.
- When ready, unmold and fill with your choice of food.
- If you like you can fill them with spinach, chicken, caramelized onions, red pepper, and cream cheese.
- To do so, place onion strips in a Teflon pan, sauté until browned.
- Add sugar, stir well, and add water. Cook for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Add chicken pieces, chopped spinach, red bell pepper and cream cheese.
- Mix well until everything is well combined and seasoned. Put on top of French fry nests and serve.
