Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Season grated potatoes with salt and olive oil. Stir well.
  2. Use mini silicone muffin molds to fill with a large tbsp grated potatoes. Distribute well in the mold.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket to put in the silicone molds with the potato nests. Close.
  5. When ready, unmold and fill with your choice of food.
  6. If you like you can fill them with spinach, chicken, caramelized onions, red pepper, and cream cheese.
  7. To do so, place onion strips in a Teflon pan, sauté until browned.
  8. Add sugar, stir well, and add water. Cook for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Add chicken pieces, chopped spinach, red bell pepper and cream cheese.
  9. Mix well until everything is well combined and seasoned. Put on top of French fry nests and serve.
