Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup Almonds
- ¾ cup peanuts
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp cranberries
- 3 tbsp flaxseed
- ¾ cup coconut flakes

Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in bain-marie. Set aside.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the oil to the bowl and stir until the oil is well integrated with the rest of the ingredients.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C) . Press Start .
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the mixture on the rack (some seeds will fall through the rack but this will not cause a problem). Close.
- When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, stir the mixture, close again, and continue cooking until machine turns Off.
- Remove and allow to cool. Serve with fruit and yogurt or store in glass container with airtight lid.
