  • 1 cup Almonds

Instructions
  1. Melt the coconut oil in bain-marie. Set aside.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the oil to the bowl and stir until the oil is well integrated with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C) . Press Start .
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the mixture on the rack (some seeds will fall through the rack but this will not cause a problem). Close.
  6. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, stir the mixture, close again, and continue cooking until machine turns Off.
  7. Remove and allow to cool. Serve with fruit and yogurt or store in glass container with airtight lid.
