Instructions
- Grind the fish in a food processor.
- Mix with one egg, flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
- Form small balls and flatten.
- Dip in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs or panko.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 340ºF (170ºC) . Press Start .
- Add the mixture to the basket and close.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
