Ingredients
For the fish:
- 1 lb white fish fillets 500 g
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1½ cups panko
- Salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
- Avocado oil cooking spray
For the chips:
- 2 white potatoes cooked
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the chipotle tartar sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 chipotle peppers
- ½ pickle in vinegar
- 2 tbsp capers in vinegar
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into thick strips and season. Dip them in the egg, then the flour, again in the egg and lastly in the panko. Repeat until all are breaded.
- On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, spray avocado oil on the fillets, open the basket and put the fillets in. Close. Repeat until all are cooked.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, add the olive oil, and season.
- On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Roast and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the potatoes in. Close.
- In a food processor, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and chipotle peppers. Once mashed, add the pickle and capers and process intermittently to finely chop. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve all together and enjoy.
