- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour (can also use whole wheat)
- 1 cup (240 g) plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
- sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Then add the yogurt and mix well using a spatula or your hands, until thoroughly incorporated.
- Sprinkle flour on a flat surface to knead your dough until super pliable and thin.
- Divide dough into 2 or 4 parts depending on the size you want, and then shape your bagels (like a doughnut).
- Baste with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
- Place bagels in the Instant Vortex .
- Press Bake, set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Press Start.
- Carefully take bagels out. Enjoy with butter, jam, or cream cheese.
