  • 1 cup (240 g) plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
  1. Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Then add the yogurt and mix well using a spatula or your hands, until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface to knead your dough until super pliable and thin.
  4. Divide dough into 2 or 4 parts depending on the size you want, and then shape your bagels (like a doughnut).
  5. Baste with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
  6. Place bagels in the Instant Vortex .
  7. Press Bake, set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Press Start.
  8. Carefully take bagels out. Enjoy with butter, jam, or cream cheese.
