Very easy yet so rich! Ive made French onion soup before but not in Instant pot and not with all the flavorful ingredients in this recipe! (I made it in my RV… Didn’t have brown sugar so substituted real make syrup and no Brandy but used 1/4 cup Bourbon)

One of our all time favs. Perfect for one of those Western NY cold winter day’s, or Buffalo Bills game. I have used croutons instead of bread. They do’nt seem to get so soggy. Great recipe/ Great app

I made this vegetarian with Pacific mushroom broth. Instead of broiling, I made a grilled cheese sandwich, quartered, and floated each quarter as I ate, all the way down to the bottom. Delicious!
