Instructions
  1. Lay the bacon strips evenly along the air fryer basket. Air Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 10-12 Minutes, or until crispy. Set aside and crumble into pieces.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry flat on a work surface. Cut into 8 even squares. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, creating a well in the middle of each tart for the eggs leaving a small border around the sides.
  3. Brush the melted butter around the sides of each puff pastry and sprinkle the edges with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer at 400°F / 205°C. Place each tart in the Air Fryer basket, careful not to overlap. Crack an egg in the center of each tart, nestled in the middle of the cheddar cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with salt and Air Fry for 6-7 Minutes, until the pastry is golden and the eggs are cooked on top. Repeat as necessary.
  5. Sprinkle each tart with lemon juice and sliced green onions.
