Easy Tuna Casserole
Classic weeknight fare, this easy, cheesy tuna casserole (studded with the traditional green peas) is comfort food at its finest, including the (optional) potato chip topping.

Ingredients
  • 12oz egg noodles
  • 2tsp onion powder
  • 2 1/2cups Water
  • 10oz tuna2 (5 oz) cans, drained
  • 1cup frozen peas
  • 20oz condensed cream of mushroom soupcanned or homemade
  • 1cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4cup crushed plain potato chipsoptional
Instructions
  1. Place pasta and onion powder in the Instant Pot. Add water and stir to combine.
  2. Layer tuna, frozen peas, and soup evenly on top of pasta–do not stir.
  3. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
  4. Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 4 minutes.
  5. When the time is up, quick-release the pressure.
  6. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Optional: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
