Super easy super fast.
Turned out wonderful!
Turned out great. Just one problem it states to cook it for four minutes but then states under cook time 40 minutes. May want to edit this.
So is it 4 or 40… app cooks for 4 but cooktime says 40..
So is it set on 4min.
Or
40min.
I am new cooking with an instant pot, and I made this recipe tonight and I got the burn message. Any tips to prevent that?? Because I really like this recipe – would like to try it again!
Was so good. Will make again.
I got the burn notice too. How do you fix?
Easy recipe but I also got the burn notice…what a mess to clean up. Followed the recipe exactly.
For those who have asked about 4 minutes vs 40 minutes, set the timer for 4 minutes as per the instructions. But remember that the Instant Pot will not start counting those 4 minutes until the pot has come to pressure, which can take 20-30 minutes. Unlike some recipe developers, we always try to give a realistic cooking time, so we include the time needed to come to pressure, the actual cook time, plus any pressure release or broil time. Bon appetit!
For those asking about the burn notice, here’s a couple of things to check. 1) Make sure you stir after adding the pasta and water in step one. You don’t want dry pasta sitting on the bottom of the pot! 2) Do NOT stir after you add the soup in step two. Leave the soup sitting on the top of all the other ingredients, because thick dairy on the bottom of the pot will cause a burn notice. 3) If you still get a burn notice, try adding 1/2 cup more water, make sure the bottom of the pot has no burnt or stuck-on food and try again. 4) Try a different kind of egg noodles. This recipe was tested with 3 different brands of dry egg noodles, but different pastas behave differently, especially those with unusual ingredients (e.g., many gluten-free noodles are tough to work with in pressure cookers!). Bon appetit!
Just order new inner pot!
Guess good taste comes at price!
Never ever will cook direct in inner pot!
Dam good tasting though
Wow, so good! I sauteed fresh onion with a tablespoon of olive oil first then follow the directions leaving out onion powder. I halfed the recipe. 2 tablespoons butter on a plate with a half a cup of panko bread crumbs and brown in microwave to put on top at end. Excellent!

I made this tuna casserole. It was very good, until I transfered it to a oven safe pan. I did broil the casserole with the potatoe chips on it. It started on fire in my oven. I would leave that part out.
Very quick and easy recipe. I halved it for two people with enough for another meal. I sprayed the instant pot with cooking spray before I started. I substituted ‘No Yolk’ noodles for the egg noodles. Since halving the recipe only called for 1 1/4cups of water, I upped the amount to 1 1/3 cups of water. Pretty tasty considering the simplicity of the ingredients. The only change I would make for next time would be to add a few sauteed onions.
