Easy Frozen Pot Stickers with Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce

You can enjoy frozen pot stickers as an appetizer, snack, or full meal! If you want to have just a couple of these as a snack, the Instant Pot® makes it incredibly easy to steam frozen pot stickers in a flash without having to wait 15-plus minutes to make them on the stove. The chili oil is optional; feel free to eliminate it if you don’t like it.

Ingredients
Pot Stickers
  • 1cup Water
  • 5 frozen pot stickers
  • 1tsp chopped green onion
  • 1/2tbsp sesame seeds
Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1/8tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/8tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/4tsp chopped green onion
  • 1/16tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8tsp chili oil
Instructions
  1. To the Instant Pot®, add water and pot stickers.
  2. Close the lid; turn the knob to Sealing.
  3. Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together all Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce ingredients while pot stickers cook.
  5. When the timer beeps, immediately turn the knob from Sealing to Venting, then remove the lid. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer pot stickers to a serving plate. Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and serve with Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce.
