You can enjoy frozen pot stickers as an appetizer, snack, or full meal! If you want to have just a couple of these as a snack, the Instant Pot® makes it incredibly easy to steam frozen pot stickers in a flash without having to wait 15-plus minutes to make them on the stove. The chili oil is optional; feel free to eliminate it if you don’t like it.

Pot Stickers
- 1 cup Water
- 5 frozen pot stickers
- 1 tsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp chopped green onion
- 1/16 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp chili oil

Instructions
- To the Instant Pot®, add water and pot stickers.
- Close the lid; turn the knob to Sealing.
- Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together all Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce ingredients while pot stickers cook.
- When the timer beeps, immediately turn the knob from Sealing to Venting, then remove the lid. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer pot stickers to a serving plate. Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and serve with Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce.
