Stuffed Bell Peppers
Easy Churros with Chocolate Sauce
By :Instant Culinary Team |

Lighter and quicker to make than conventional churros, these tasty treats are made from store-bought
dough that gets scored on both sides to create those Churro-like nooks and crannies for maximum
cinnamon sugar adhesion. Enjoy with a traditional rich chocolate sauce or a light drizzle of honey.

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out refrigerated crescent dough on your work surface and separate into four rectangles, pinching the perforated seams of each rectangle together.
- Working on one rectangle at a time and chilling the rest, cut each rectangle into five
1-inch strips. - Lightly score the middle of each strip twice lengthwise to create churro-like ridges, being careful not to cut all the way through. Repeat this step for front and back of each strip.
- Transfer strips to a plate, twist each strip three times and lightly brush with milk.
- Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.
- Lay churros flat in air fryer, allowing room for them to grow.
- Air Fry at 350°F/180°C for 4-5 Minutes. Note: as the air fryer heats up, batches will cook in 3-4 Minutes.
- Repeat with other three rectangles of dough, working in batches.
- As each batch finishes, top with a little bit more cinnamon sugar.
- While churros are air frying, microwave cream in a glass measuring jug for 1 Minute.
- Pour cream into a bowl with chopped chocolate and let sit 2-3 Minutes before stirring well to combine. Serve alongside churros.
