Instructions
  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Layer the onion, beef, paprika, garlic powder and noodles in a 6 quart Instant Pot®. Pour the broth and Worcestershire over the noodles and spoon the soup on top (the order is important, so don't stir until after the cooking is done).
  2. Lock the lid and close the pressure release valve. Pressure cook on High pressure, setting the timer to 8 minutes (timer will begin counting down once pressure is reached- it takes about 15 minutes). When done, press Cancel and use the quick release method to release the pressure.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and let stand for 5 minutes uncovered. Season to taste and sprinkle with the parsley before serving.

Pretty good, I had to cook it just a little longer for the noodles to cook just right but it was pretty good.

Used farfalle in the place of egg noodles. Added 4 cups beef broth and cooked for 9 minutes. It was a family favorite.

We love beef stroganoff and this recipe was really good. So easy to make. I put more than 1/4 cup sour cream because it suits our taste.

Easy and so tasty! It was a hit with my entire family. I increased my servings to 8 and added a little more sour cream at the end (after reading another review) and it worked out great! Will definitely make again!

Does not taste like beef stroganoff.

The meat was VERY TOUGH because the recipe asks for quick release.

Best to fund other recipes on the web instead of this one.

    Not edible.

It was super simple to make but pretty bland… if I were to make again, i’d probably add taco seasoning to the meat.

My whole family enjoyed it even my son who only eats angel hair pasta. I forgot to season to taste at the end, oops.My husband fixed it. Otherwise this was great. I also think it needs mushrooms and will add them next time. I will be fixing it again.

Wasn’t sure what they meant by 4 cups of uncooked egg noodles. Seems like a weird way to measure dry pasta, so I threw in a 12 oz bag and it seemed like a pretty good ratio. Turned out tasty. Maybe a little spicy for my wife, so watch the paprika

I never liked stroganoff, but this changed my mind. Also, my family loves garlic, so I did double the recipe. Soooo good!

So I followed the recipe to the T. However, I added a squirt of ketchup and about 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour to thicken it up a little. Mmm so good!!! Highly recommend.

I love doing stroganoff in the instant pot. I use the same amount of ingredients but I do not recommend following these instructions. I sear the beef, add garlic, salt pepper, paprika and onion. Then add 2-3 cups of beef broth put lid on and pressure cook for 20-30 min, the longer you cook the more tender the meat will be. Then I add the noodles and soup, pressure cook for 8 minutes quick release and add sour cream at the end. It comes out perfect every time. Hope this helps

I made this exactly like the recipe said to, except I probably put 2 pounds of meat. It was super easy, and delicious. I added an extra 1/4 cup sour cream at the end because I love sour cream. Next time I’ll cook it for 9 minutes because I like my meat super tender. It was so easy to make, and my family loved it.

I made this recipie today and it was a hit. I doubled the recipie and doubled the cook time. Wondering if it would have been done in just 8 minutes… my very first meal in the Instant pot so I was impressed. I did have problems figuring out the measurements for pasta so I threw in 2 bags. 8qt version if anyone wondered It was alot of food for 8 with leftovers. Wish this had a save recipie option so I can collect those recipies I enjoyed.

I’ve I’m using my instant pot for while now and it looks like That there is not enough liquid to cover the noodles. I would have put the noodles in 1st in the laring method to make sure that they were all just good with water. I added an extra 2 cups of water to this recipe hoping that the noodles would get done instead of be crunchy. I’m waiting for it now to see how it works out.I used ground beef And question?Would it be any different to just do quick release at the end of cooking time or is there NPR for 15 minutes Just because we’re making it in this recipe with cut up meat?

So many people are not aware that fast hair growth amino scalp therapy shampoos (of course with no sulfates, no parabens or DEA) even exist. We all can now experience longer hair and experience more alternatives. Undoubtedly worth looking up. Whether you’re talking about alopecia, hair damage, avoiding scalp disorders, hair growth, hair health generally, similar rules actualize. Generally, you will want to avoid hair treatments and products that contain chemicals such as parabens, DEA or sulfates. What is good for your hair is healthy for your skin as well. Clearly your content on this page is so accurate for multiple reasons. It stays away from the usual traps and traps most fall into: utilizing horrible alternatives. Thank you!

Awful recipe. Sometimes Instant Pot falls short. This did not taste like stroganoff. More like beef with noodles and gravy. Bland gravy.

I have made this several times and always has turned out perfectly. Usually used more meat so added an extra can of soup. I really enjoy that it all cooks at the same time. No precooking of the meat or noodles. I want to do something like this with ground beef instead. Any suggestions?

I followed your recipe Except for I used 6 leftover Hamburger 1/3 lb hamburger patties And instead of onion I used an onion soup mix only cooked at 4 minutes on highAnd manual release I only added two cups of waterAnd one can of mushroom soup So I got the burn notice because I didn’t add enough liquid but next time I will add 2 cans of soup and 3 caps of water first time making insta pot recipe

Loved this easy recipe! I used ground beef instead of steak, cooked perfectly and you don’t have to worry about it being tough 😉 used Cajun seasoning instead of salt and pepper on the meat.
