- 130 g tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chipotle paste
- 60 ml Water
- 85 ml honey
- 70 ml light soy sauce
- 2 kg pork ribs

Instructions
- Make the marinade by mixing together the tomato sauce, chipotle, water, honey and soy
- Toss the ribs in the marinade, then place into the inner pot
- Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
- Secure the lid, and select pressure cook. Set the time to 25 minutes, and leave the Instant Pot to do all the work for you.
- When the cooking program finishes, perform a quick pressure release
- Either get ready for the grilling step, or leave the ribs in the Instant Pot on Keep Warm until you are ready to grill
- Using either a gas or coal BBQ or your Air Fryer (on the grill function), cook the ribs until slightly charred and crisp, then serve immediately
