Crispy Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- Balsamic glaze optional

Instructions
- Core the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices. You will have 6-9 slices.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, and salt. Mix well.
- Select Roast and set the time and temperature to 325°F/162.78 °C for 10 Minutes. Press Start.
- While the air fryer is preheating, top the tomato slices with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Once preheated, carefully place the tomato slices into the basket in a single layer.
- When cooking is completed, use a large spoon to lift the tomatoes out of the basket and place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
