  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 hake fillets

  • 4 hake fillets

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the panko with the sesame seeds, grated cheese, paprika, garlic, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the 3 eggs and set aside.
  3. Dip a hake fillet in the beaten egg, then in the panko mixture, dip again in the egg and in the panko mixture. Set aside and repeat with the remaining hake fillets. 
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 3 Minutes and the temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
  5. When Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the hake fillets. Put the basket back in the Instant Vortex.
  6. Skip Turn Food step when prompt appears.
  7. When the alarm sounds that cooking is done, open the compartment and remove the hake fillets with tongs.
  8. Serve immediately.
