Crispy Chickpeas with Curry

Ingredients
  • 3.5oz (100 g) pkg cooked chickpeas
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • ¼tsp garlic powder
  • ¼tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Drain chickpeas and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the chickpeas with the olive oil.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chickpeas on the rack. Close.
  5. Remove chickpeas and mix them with the curry, garlic and onion, and return them to the fryer for 5 Minutes more.
