Crispy Chickpeas with Curry

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz (100 g) pkg cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Drain chickpeas and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix the chickpeas with the olive oil.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chickpeas on the rack. Close.
- Remove chickpeas and mix them with the curry, garlic and onion, and return them to the fryer for 5 Minutes more.
