Easy and delicious!
Very good but I left out the butter and milk and substituted a healthy pureed cauliflower soup.
Great recipe! I left out the butter and milk/flour part and did a cup of heavy cream! Delicious!
This was great! I wish i had cut the butter in half as i am watching my weight and i added a can of Rotel tomatos and chilis. Super yummy and great first recipe in the instapot!!
Soo good.. except for beans. I think 30oz of beans must be a typo? I out in 11oz of dry and it was over kill.
The sauce is amazing.. and the chicken was so tebder. I will make it again but substitute sweet potatos instead of the beans.
Yum!
Ps. I used 1/4 c cream and 1/4 cup milk.
Pss
Disregard my comments!
I completely missed that this was a chili! Of course it needs beans!
The sauce is amazing!
My family didnt like the beans.. i took them out.. added sauted mushrooms and threw in spinach to make it a non chili.. and they loved it!! Will make it again this way! 🙂
Very good. Even my kids liked this. Only thing is that it seemed to have too much liquid. Next time, I am going to skip adding the milk at the end.
Very good! Even my kids liked it! Next time, I won’t be adding the milk since that seemed to make it more watery .
I had to change some things and add. Swap out butter for Ghee, flour for coconut flour, garlic for shalots. Added veggie stock, red bell pepper, black beans, tabasco sauce, coconut oil, turmeric, basil, thyme, and cinnamon.
The chicken shredded itself when I pulled it out to shred it! My 2.5year old helped made it, then was willing to eat it (she’s fairly picky even). I did use green onions as a topping along with cheese for some texture too.
Delicious! Since we live in NM, I used fresh roasted green chiles instead of canned, and it was amazing!
Excellent! Even my 5 year old ate it. I will add more chili powder next time.
Best chix chili I ever made or tasted!
Based on other reviews, I omitted the milk and instead used a full 1 c. of light sour cream. Taste test didn’t have enough kick so I added 1 T. of chicken taco seasoning and a dash of cayenne. It was delicious. Tortilla chip strips on top give it extra texture. Will serve with avocado next time as well.
So easy to make!
Good taste but way too much liquid. More like soup than chili.
Made it exactly as directed for a chili party. I put it in a crockpot to transport & keep warm. It thickened up wonderfully. So quick, easy, and delicious. Will definitely make it again!!
Followed recipe exactly, but seemed to be missing something color wise and taste. Threw in diced tomatoes and corn. Helped a lot
SO YUMMY
Based on the other reviews, I left out the milk, and used 1 cup of sour cream. Added a can of black beans too. It was awesome! Served over rice, with cheese and a dollop of sour cream! Yummy!
This isn’t your normal chicken chili. Its more like a bean soup
Tasted great. I also added a cup of corn. A little thinner than I prefer so next time will go with 1/2 cup of cream or half and half vs. 1 1/2 cup of milk.
Very creamy and delicious
One of my favorite instant pot receipes so far. YUM!
