Ingredients
- ½ onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup pea flour
- 3 cups Water
- 2 eggs
- dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set the time to 8 Minutes. Add the onion and garlic and a little salt and pepper.
- Press Soup, set the time to 10 Minutes and add
2 cups of water. Meanwhile, dissolve the green pea flour in a separate container with hot water. Once dissolved add to the bowl. - When 2 minutes remain on the timer, add the eggs and oregano. Check for salt.
- Serve the cream with a sprinkle of oregano on top.
