Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups chicken, turkey, or vegetable stock low sodium
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Select SAUTE-NORMAL and set it for 30 minutes.
- Add the butter and let it melt, add the flour, stir to combine, and cook for about 5 minutes until the roux is deep brown.
- Gradually and stirring constantly to prevent lumps, pour in the stock, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add the dry thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Press CANCEL to turn off the pot.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with your favorite dish and enjoy.
