Remove the eggs from the Instant Pot as soon as the pressure has been released. Leaving them in any longer can result in overcooked eggs.

I needed to do 8 minutes with the egg setting on an Ultra 60 model. They came out perfect and peeled magnificently! Very tasty!
Too much salt and missing one key ingredients for deviled eggs

7 minutes wasnt enough, egg whites were really soft and when I cut into them the yolks weren’t fully done. Maybe 7 minutes and leave it to naturally release steam, or 2 more minutes and quick release steam.

I also had under cooked eggs on my first attempt using 7 minutes. will try again with suggestions here.
I will disregard this recipe and go with another one I found. I did a dozen eggs, 1 cup of water for 5 minutes, then let them sit for an additional 5. They were perfect.

I have a duo plus instant pot and the recipe worked perfect for me. Not sure if it matters if you use a different device.
Perfect hard boiled at 3000+ altitude, using fresh room temp eggs.

5 min undet high pressure, 5 min more. Remove to icebath. Easy to peel, perfect
I put mine on 4 mins or 5 mins. 7 minutes is too long. They were good.
I did 6 eggs and 7 min and they were perfect! Its important that you self release the valve quickly and remove them to cold water. Perfect recipe!

Time and quickness is important for making eggs to ensure they do not overcook.
The eggs turn out perfectly & peel easily! I modify the recipe to suit my tastes.
Family gobbled them up:) though i only cooked them for 6 mins, not 7

Are you able to do a dozen at a time?
I have a steamer rack that holds 16 eggs and used this Method. Turned out great!!
Love these! I add two tbsp ranch dressing and bacon bits.

Yummy! It’s a tradition to make deviled eggs for Easter Sunday and something I look forward to each year. I subbed vegan mayonnaise since my daughter could not have dairy and it worked just fine! I used 3 tsp of mustard and it is still not as yellow as I would prefer so if you want a brilliant yellow, maybe double the mustard. I made 1 dozen eggs. Ooo! Pro tip: hard boil the eggs the night before whatever event you want to make D.E.for and place them in the fridge overnight, making mix next day.
