I haven’t had Chipotle’s version so I couldnt compare.
The flavor was good, it just needs more liquid because the bottom burned…I just scrapped it together with the rest adding a little crunch.
We loved this rice. My 2 yr old grandson ate 3 helpings. I doubled the Recipe, everything but the oil and cilantro. It came out perfect
So delish! The only changes I made was to use brown rice instead of white, which requires keeping in IP for 20 mins with NR, rather than 7 mins. I also added a bit more freah line juice- everything else exactly bu the recipe and it tasted BETTER than Chipotle’s Lime Cilantro Rice. ❤️
I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! ❤️
I followed the recipe to a T and it came out perfect and so delicious! This will be my favorite go to rice recipe! I shared it with my friends!!
I followed everything and it was soupy…don’t know what i did wrong
This didnt work my rice was still hard
It worked out ok, I would recommend using half or 3/4 of the olive oil and letting the rice get fairly toasted
Great recipe ! Always perfect everytime & simple enough my granddaughter can make it.
Awesome dish, very easy.
Made this tonight. Loved it. Going to make it with coconut oil instead of olive next time.
This was absolutely delicious!! Served it with Garlic Shrimp! YUM!!
If you use brown rice cook it for 20 minutes.
I followed the recipe and it came out perfect. My husband loved it!!!
Cooked it this time using the rice setting at less done with a ten minute NR before cracking the lid to stir in the final ingredients. Was fantastic. Best way to use long grain rice.
