Ingredients
  • 1tsp vinegar5 ml
  • ½ + ¼cup fresh milk160 g
  • ½cup all-purpose flour
  • 1tsp baking powder5 ml
  • 1tsp baking soda5 ml
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½tsp powdered ginger
  • ½tsp powdered clove
  • ¼tsp salt
  • ½cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼cup oil
Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the fresh milk with the vinegar for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the sugar, egg, sour milk, and oil; then beat using a whisk until a uniform batter forms.
  3. On the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (185°C). Press Start.
  4. Place the batter in the pan, then carefully place in the basket. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 345°F(175°C). Press Start.
  5. Finally, carefully take out the cupcakes. Decorate once they have cooled.
