Ingredients
- 1 tsp vinegar 5 ml
- ½ + ¼ cup fresh milk 160 g
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder 5 ml
- 1 tsp baking soda 5 ml
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp powdered ginger
- ½ tsp powdered clove
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil

Instructions
- Start by cutting the fresh milk with the vinegar for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the sugar, egg, sour milk, and oil; then beat using a whisk until a uniform batter forms.
- On the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (185°C). Press Start.
- Place the batter in the pan, then carefully place in the basket. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 345°F(175°C). Press Start.
- Finally, carefully take out the cupcakes. Decorate once they have cooled.
