Instructions
  1. Start by adding the yogurt, sugar and the 2 eggs into a bowl and beat.
  2. Next, add the flour, yeast, lemon zest and oil, and use a mixer to incorporate the ingredients well.
  3. Put the batter in a pan covered with parchment paper. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set time to 25 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and place the pan in the basket.
  6. Let cook for 15 minutes and make a cross-shaped cut on the top to stop it from puffing up and to ensure it cooks well on the inside.
  7. Press Bake again, and set time to 30 Minutes and temperature to 400°F (205°C). Press Start.
  8. Once cool, dust with confectioner’s sugar.
