Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp powdered yeast
- Zest of 1 lemon
- confectioners’ sugar for decorating
- ¾ cup nuts (walnuts almonds, pistachios, etc.), 100 g

Instructions
- Start by adding the yogurt, sugar and the 2 eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Next, add the flour, yeast, lemon zest and oil, and use a mixer to incorporate the ingredients well.
- Put the batter in a pan covered with parchment paper. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set time to 25 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and place the pan in the basket.
- Let cook for 15 minutes and make a cross-shaped cut on the top to stop it from puffing up and to ensure it cooks well on the inside.
- Press Bake again, and set time to 30 Minutes and temperature to 400°F (205°C). Press Start.
- Once cool, dust with confectioner’s sugar.
