Chopped BBQ Brisket Sandwiches
Three ingredient dump-and-go preparation makes this perfect for an easy dinner or weekend treat.

  • 1cup Water
  • 3lb beef brisketcut into 1/2 lb chunks
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 sesame seed bunstoasted
  • Additional toppings like sliced onion or picklesoptional
  1. Pour one cup of water in the Instant Pot, followed by the brisket pieces. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  2. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
  3. Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 60 minutes.
  4. When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the meat from the pot to a shallow dish and chop.
  6. Stir in bbq sauce and 1/4 cup 1/2 cup of cooking juices to reach desired consistency.
  7. Pile on toasted sesame seed buns and garnish as desired.
