Ingredients
To prep:
- 1½ cups coconut milk, almond milk, or milk of your choice
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 red apples thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp agave or honey
For the topping:
- 1 tbsp berries
- 1 tsp Almonds chopped
- 1 tsp coconut flakes

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Add all ingredients in the order described. Stir with a wooden spoon, making sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 4 Minutes.
- Once done, press the pressure release button to release all the air.
- Open pot lid and let cool. Serve warm with berries, almonds, and coconut.
