Chocolate Quinoa Porridge
To prep:
  • 2 bananaspeeled and sliced
  • ½cup quinoa
  • cup milkpreferably plant-based
  • 2tbsp sugar-free cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
For the topping:
  • 2tbsp mixed berries
  • 2tbsp hazelnutschopped
  • 1tsp maple syrup or honey
  1. To the Instant Pot® inner pot, add all the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 6 Minutes.
  3. Once the time is up, turn the pressure release handle and wait for all the steam to be released. Serve in 2 individual bowls and top with berries and hazelnuts. Optional: Add 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey.
