Ingredients
To prep:
- 2 bananas peeled and sliced
- ½ cup quinoa
- 1¾ cup milk preferably plant-based
- 2 tbsp sugar-free cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp mixed berries
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts chopped
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions
- To the Instant Pot® inner pot, add all the ingredients in the order listed.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 6 Minutes.
- Once the time is up, turn the pressure release handle and wait for all the steam to be released. Serve in 2 individual bowls and top with berries and hazelnuts. Optional: Add
1 tsp of maple syrup or honey.
