- 3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- strawberries as needed
- kiwi as needed
- Dried apricot as needed
- Wafer cookies as needed

Instructions
- Select Manual Mode 1, set the temperature to 150°F / 65°C and set the time to 30 Minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and the pinch of salt, when the cream starts bubbling add the chocolate chips at little a time, stirring well and constantly between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue.
- Once the chocolate is completely melted press Cancel.
- Then select Manual Mode 1 set the temperature to 110°F / 43°C and set the time to 2 Hours .
- Arrange an assortment of bite-sized dipping foods on a serving plate and enjoy
