Ingredients
- 1 cup solid coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of coconut or panela sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks + 1more to melt and make the fudge I used 55%

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the coconut oil and the sweetener for about 4 minutes. Then add the eggs one by one.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and beat until all the ingredients are combined. Add the chocolate chips or chunks.
- Form the dough into small balls and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.
- Optional: Put the pre-frozen fudge inside.
- Put parchment paper in your Instant Vortex and add the refrigerated cookies.
- Press Air Fry , set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 170°C. Press Start .
- Fry
- Carefully remove the cookies and enjoy.
