Ingredients
  • 1 cup solid coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of coconut or panela sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks + 1more to melt and make the fudge I used 55%

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, beat the coconut oil and the sweetener for about 4 minutes. Then add the eggs one by one.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and beat until all the ingredients are combined. Add the chocolate chips or chunks.
  3. Form the dough into small balls and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours. 
  4. Optional: Put the pre-frozen fudge inside. 
  5. Put parchment paper in your Instant Vortex and add the refrigerated cookies.
  6. Press Air Fry , set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 170°C. Press Start .
  7. Fry
  8. Carefully remove the cookies and enjoy.
