Traditional cinnamon rolls are very high in carbohydrates, but this modified keto version cuts down carbs drastically. These fat bombs also contain no sugar, and are infused with chocolate—along with metabolism-boosting coconut butter. They work great as a post-workout snack when you are craving something sugary—or even when you just need to prepare a quick treat for a party.

Instructions
  1. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté and melt the oil.
  2. Add the butter, chocolate chips, whipping cream, Swerve, cinnamon, and vanilla to the Instant Pot and cook. Stir occasionally until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour mixture into a silicone mini-muffin mold.
  4. Freeze until firm. Serve, and enjoy!
