Ingredients
For the oatmeal:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Sweetener to taste
For the topping:
- peanut butter
- Greek yogurt
- Raspberry
- mint leaf
- Chancaca (panela) syrup

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add the mixture to a greased, oven-safe container.
- In the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and insert the container. Close.
- Lastly, unmold and add toppings.
